Nov 12, 2012 NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M Drivers I have a Dell Latitude D820 laptop with a NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M graphics board. I am also using a Dell D820 with the Nvidia NVS 120M and have experienced the same issues. I have tried a variety of video drivers from LaptopVideo2Go with modified.inf files, with mixed results. Some throw me back. NVidia Quadro NVS 110M, Quadro FX 350M, Quadro NVS 120M, v.101.44, A01. NVIDIA Vista 32-bit driver for Quadro NVS 110M/12M and Quadro FX 350M. Fixes & Enhancements. I have a DELL D505 with Intel 852/855 video chipset. I loaded Windows 7 and could not get the video drivers to install. I tried every way possible from Windows, Intel, and Dell websites.
